Thank you for understanding that we are a small business and that by placing an order with us you are consenting to honor our policies. These policies are in place to ensure that things run smoothly, that we survive as a business, and we maintain our wellbeing as people. Please refrain from asking to be an exception to the policies.

 

READY TO SHIP COLLECTION POLICIES

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving an order.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all orders.

Ready to ship pieces are sold as is. We do not offer alterations or over-dyeing on these pieces.

We do not offer returns/refunds on RTS pieces, this way pieces are kept for serious customers only.

 

 MTO EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving an order.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all orders.

We do not offer returns/refunds on MTO pieces.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations may only be made within the first 24 hours of placing your order.

 

GARMENT FLAW

If there is any mistake or flaw upon arrival with your garment please let us know and we will take care of it ASAP.

 

ADDRESS CHANGE

Any change to an order is not guaranteed. 

 

UNDELIVERED, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

All packages are covered with insurance. Please contact USPS with any questions on delayed/missing packages. If you are within the US please wait 20 days from the shipment date. If you are outside of the US please wait 40 days from the shipment date.
